Season's Greetings 2025
Greetings by EAAE - 19/12/2025
Dear Members, Colleagues, and Friends,
This year has once again demonstrated the value of the EAAE as a robust, dedicated, and generous community. A network where ideas circulate freely and collaborations among members are warmly encouraged and supported through shared efforts.
Within the EAAE Council, we have continued to work as a cohesive and connected team, aligning our activities to best serve the association and its members. Our work throughout 2025 focused on supporting emerging initiatives, listening attentively to member needs, and strengthening ties across schools.
Additionally, 2025 has also been a particularly significant moment for our network association, a year in which we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the EAAE. Collecting and sharing contributions and testimonials of founders, former, and current members has been an exceptional experience that underscores the importance of strengthening the EAAE not only as a platform for events but also as a vibrant network of relationships.
Looking ahead to 2026, we have an exciting calendar filled with opportunities for engagement, including the EAAE Pedagogy Awards, the next CA²RE conference in Hannover, the Deans’ Summit and General Meeting Part 1 in Prague, the EAAE Annual Conference and General Meeting Part 2 in Cagliari, along with several other international events that the EAAE is supporting as a partner, such as the 2026 ARCC-EAAE International Conference in Atlanta. Each of these encounters is intended to deepen the connections within our network, expand and share knowledge, and support schools and educators in their diverse contexts.
The EAAE’s strength lies not only in any individual event or achievement, but in the collective energy and dedication of its members. Together, we ensure that architectural education and research remain critical, diverse, and responsive to the future.
I extend my best wishes for a peaceful end of the year and an inspiring beginning to 2026.
Warm regards,
Roberto Cavallo
