We invite you for the General Meeting Part 1 on Friday 11.04.2025, 11.45 am at VILNIUS TECH in Vilnius or online.

Dag Boutsen, treasurer of the EAAE, will present the financial report.

The meeting will be opened at 11.15 am (CET)

Practicalities

Admittance

Only full members who have paid their annual contribution have voting right at the General Meeting. Per member school only one official representative can be registered and participate in the Meeting. Associated members can participate but are not entitled to vote.

Proxy

Each full member institution can be represented by a proxy holder who has to be the official representative of a full member institution. Each official representative can hold up to four proxies in addition to the vote of his/her own member institution. If you want to give proxy, please fill in the proxy form before 5 April 2025. Proxy voting can only be done in-person.

Quorum

Quorum is established by the participation or representation of one third of the full members at the General Meeting. Decisions are made by simple majority of the full members present or represented.
